This Alto-Shaam® 19″ manual low temperature Cook & Hold Oven streamlines the cooking and warming process into one durable piece of equipment. This model is designed with Halo Heat® technology, a controlled, consistent heat source that cooks, holds, and surrounds food for better appearance, taste, and freshness. With this heat source, the oven cooks foods and automatically switches from cook mode to hold mode once the set parameters have been reached. This way, food properly cooked and stays warm until you are ready for it, without over-cooking.
