This unit was previously owned and came working out of a restaurant.
• This unit was built in June of 2017.
• This unit comes with the 29″ Rolling Stand as pictured.
• There are general scratches, scuffs, dings, and discoloration from use.
• The interior of the oven has been cleaned. The interior door glass has not been touched to maintain the seal on the door.
• This unit is currently setup for Single Phase, but can be changed to Three Phase during installation. Please refer to Blodgett for more information.

• 1/4 horsepower blower motor with automatic thermal overload protection
• One control area cooling fan
