The Equipex SAV-G PALI countertop vent system removes grease-laden air, moisture, smoke, and odors. It should be used with small Type 2 equipment, including toasters, panini grills, and surface-heating units. On its 26-inch-by-20 1⁄4-inch base, the unit can hold equipment as heavy as 150 pounds. The top is designed to provide enough room for operators to raise the lid on equipment.
