It boasts a powerful motor that can achieve 3.0 peak hp, with low, medium, and high speed options on a dial control that employees of all skill levels can use with ease. Simple toggle switches control the start / stop functions, and let you pulse at low or high speeds to fine-tune the consistency to exactly where you want it. Since multi-tasking is a must on a busy shift, the dial control can also be used as a timer from 5 – 60 seconds, allowing you to set the blender to work while you take care of other drink orders or prepare garnishes and finishing touches. When using the timer mode, the blender starts at a low RPM and gradually ramps up to higher blend speeds.
